Client challenge

  • Sydney-based company had a fragmented finance organization with a high cost relative to peers

  • IT infrastructure lagged behind peers and did not make use of leading technologies

Solution

  • Managed the transition of 600+ FTEs globally to delivery centers in Mumbai and Kolkata, India; Bogota, Columbia; and Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

  • Developed and executed an IT transformation plan to use automate functions and reduce human intervention. RPA and other digital technologies were used to standardize processes and create efficiencies.
