Solution

  • Reviewed and documented the current state budget and forecasting processes, noting bottlenecks in data availability and the iterations of management review

  • Developed a future state process with better data provisioning, fewer iterations, and few line items in the forecast to speed the delivery of timely and relevant information to managers.
